How to book
Please telephone Helen, the Company Owner, on +33 (0)6 30 22 62 15
to discuss your holiday requirements and holiday dates or fill in our holiday
enquiry form and email to helen@thealpineclub.co.uk.
Preliminary Reservations
We would be delighted to hold a chalet for you for three working days to
give you time to confirm details with other members of your party.
After 3 days the preliminary reservation will be cancelled and the
chalet/rooms will be put back available for booking.
Email Quotation
Upon receipt of an enquiry by phone or email we will send you an
email quotation for the holiday price.To Secure Your Booking
We require a completed booking form and a deposit of £150 per person.
Please read our booking conditions before making your booking.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your signed booking form and necessary payments
we will issue a confirmation invoice and it is only at this stage that
your booking is confirmed. Please check your confirmation invoice
carefully and inform us within 10 days should any changes need
to be made.The Prices above include
Seven nights accommodation - Sunday to Sunday
Breakfast seven days of your stay (continental on the chalet day off)
Afternoon tea and dinner served six days
Carefully selected house wines served with dinner
Champagne reception
Complimentary bar (mixers, beer & soft drinks)
Children’s supper 6 days if required
Linen, towels & dressing gowns. Mid-week towel change
Toiletries & hair dryers in every room

Wifi & Ipod docking station
Minibus service to & from St Martin ski lifts before 10:30am
& after 4:00 to 5.30pm (on call during the day for Chalet Abode)

Group Booking Offer
Fill all the standard beds in a chalet and each person in the party
receives a £50 discount on the full brochure price. Not valid 20,
27 Dec, 14 Feb, 28 March, 4 April. This offer cannot be combined
with any other offer, promotion or discount. If the party numbers
subsequently fall, the cost of the holiday will be recalculated based
on the final number of guests plus any cancellation charges. Empty
bed charges may then apply. To benefit from our group discount the
party leader must handle all aspects of the booking and make a single
payment.

Loyalty Discount
If you have stayed with us at any time before, a 5% discount is given.

Empty Bed Supplement
No empty bed supplements are payable if 2 adults share a room,
otherwise brochure price less £100

Extra Beds
Our prices are per person in standard beds. Some of the rooms
can take an extra bed. The extra beds are available at half the
standard brochure price if one party fills all the standard beds.
Children in extra beds do not receive children’s discounts.

Children
Infants under 2 yrs cost £100 providing they sleep in a cot in the
same room as their parents. Includes high chair & cot. Children
2 – 4 yrs £100 discount, 5 -12 yrs £50 discount. For the purpose
of pricing, adults are deemed to be those 13 years and over at the
time of travel. No additional discounts are applicable.

Ski Club of Great Britain
Members of the Ski Club of Great Britain enjoy a 5.0% discount.
This is given to individual members within a group. SCGB
membership number must be provided so that eligibility for this
discount can be verified.

Maximum total discount for adults is 10% and for children 20%

Deposit and Final Balance Payment
In order to confirm the reservation we require a deposit of £150 per person for all party members. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

The balance is payable 10 weeks before the holiday departure date.
