Working with The Alpine Club
Now in it's 11th year, The Alpine Club has
firmly established itself as a provider of
boutique winter holidays. We are a
small, owner-run company, and we only
have chalets in St Martin de Belleville.
By remaining small we are able to really
deliver uncompromising service and
standards to our guests.
We passionately believe the key to our
success is The Alpine Club team. This team
is as important to us as our guests. We live
and work in St Martin de Belleville every day
of the season and personally manage the
team. We provide continuous support and
coaching and we are always on hand should
there be any issues or problems that the
team can’t resolve.
We run a two and a half week, paid, training
and induction programme to ensure everyone
has the skills, knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional service and standards.
We are looking for enthusiastic, highly
motivated, professional people with a
genuine desire to provide exemplary
service, a passion for delivering consistently
high standards and attention to detail.
We have discerning guests familiar with
Michelin starred restaurants & staying at
5* hotels. Each year over half of our bookings
are returning guests. They return because of
our highly flexible service tailored to their personal needs, the sumptuous, imaginative fine dining food; our consistently high standards of housekeeping & presentation and the warm, professional, genuine service from our team.
